You’re probably wondering who the heck I am!
I spent over a decade working alongside America’s top-ranked BigLaw attorneys—supporting everything from pro bono matters to high-stakes Fortune 500 litigation.
In a world defined by pressure and precision, I became known as the colleague who cultivated calm.
Here’s how it all began.
My yoga journey started 20 years ago while I was teaching English as a Second Language in Asia. I was working 60-hour weeks, navigating culture shock, and juggling dozens of students—and I was burning out. A coworker introduced me to yoga, and that one class changed everything.
When I returned to the U.S., I dove back into the legal world—multi-million dollar cases, office launches, and a divorce. Life got hectic. But yoga became my anchor.
It helped me reconnect with both physical and mental strength.
It grounded me.
It made me present.
Although calm isn’t a constant state, yoga and meditation are essential parts of my self-care toolkit. The better I connect with myself, the better I connect with others.
And that’s why this site exists.
My mission is to hold space for you—to help you become more present, more connected, and to cultivate your own calm in the chaos.
